Anders is a mage specializing in healing magic, in a world where being a mage is punishable by imprisonment and loss of human rights. He believes that mages deserve to be free and hates the people who say mages can never be treated like people. He's also possessed by a spirit of Justice who grants him extra abilities. He's a very selfless man, with a bit of a romantic and humorous side. He can usually be found running a free clinic.
I usually play him around the time when he's possessed by Justice, but I can play him pre-Justice upon request.
Backtagging: Yes. If you don't reply after a long time (say weeks or months) I might still be willing to pick threads back up.
Threaddropping: Potential, but rare.
Format: Prose preferred. Willing to do script.
Threadjacking: Ask first.
Fourthwalling: No thanks.
Canon Puncture: If it suits the thread/setting.

Crosscanon and AU: Absolutely! I love crosscanon, and I'm willing to play out any number of AUs.
Romance: Sure. Anders is canonically bisexual, and my preference is M/M when it comes to shipping, but I'm willing to play out M/F.
Hugging: You can hug him, sure, but he might be hesitant to reciprocate unless he's friends or romantically involved with your character.
Kissing: Yes, but only if it's with someone he's in a romantic relationship with.
Flirting: Go for it. He's likely to flirt back.
Smut: Yes, but only with romantic partners. At this point in his life, he's not interested in casual sex.
Mutilating: No
